No.Aa3/1589/2025, dated 07.08.2025 and complete the project of installation of the Sewage Drainage System from Puthanatham Main Road, Old Post Office to the West Pallivasal in respect of 15th Finance Commission Subsidy by considering the petitioner's Representation dated 21.07.2025 within the time prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the Respondents No.5 to 7 at West Street, Puthanatham, Trichy District by making stair cases and concrete basement in the light of the proceedings of the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka. No.Aa3/1589/2025, dated 07.08.2025 and complete the project of installation of the Sewage Drainage System from Puthanatham Main Road, Old Post Office to the West Pallivasal in respect of 15th Finance Commission Subsidy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2025 within a time frame.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that a survey will be conducted by the authorities in the place in question and if there is any encroachment, the same will be removed within a time frame.

3. Recording the above submission, the respondents are directed to conduct a survey in the place in question and during survey, if any encroachment is found, the same shall be removed by due process of law after affording sufficient opportunity to the private respondents and other parties concerned. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
