This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2018 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the third respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.2018 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.127 of 2021 on 10.12.2020.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14519 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
