PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to pass final order on the application of the petitioner to set aside the subdivision made by the third respondent and measure the properties situated at Re-Survey No.209 and 209/2 of Keela Arasaradi Village, Ottapitaram Taluk, Tuticorin District as per the documents of the petitioner, which is pending on the file of the second respondent as Na.Ka.A6/334/2011 dated 28.01.2011 within the stipulated time on the basis of the representation made by this petitioner on 26.11.2015. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on his application dated 26.11.2015 seeking for setting aside the subdivision made by the third respondent in respect of the property referred to in the Writ Petition.

3. Needless to say that it is for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and therefore this Court at this stage is not expressing any view except to direct the second respondent to pass such order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
