Heard both sides.

2. The issue concerns location of the Panchayat office building.

3. The petitioner wanted construction to be come up in Ragalapuram. But the authorities decided that the new office building will be put up in Manchanaickanpatti. This is because, it was in Manchanaickanpatti, earlier Panchayat office building was functioning.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader states that during the pendency of the writ petition, a new construction has already been completed and the Panchayat office is also duly functioning in the newly constructed building. In these circumstances, the question of interference 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.15475 OF 2020 with the impugned order does not arise. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
