PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the 4th respondent in S.No.698/2, 16 feet State Highway Road and its vacant land at Arulachi @ Tirumalapuram Village, Ramanathapuram Post, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by the 4th respondent in S.No.698/2, 16 feet State Highway Road and its vacant land at Arulachi @ Tirumalapuram Village, Ramanathapuram Post, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021 within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the encroachments made by the 4th respondent has already been removed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
