Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned reversion order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.31536/C1-E1/2016, dated 30.05.2016 in so far as petitioner is concerned and quash the same as illegal.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come to this Court, challenging the order of reversion, dated 30.05.2016, in Na.Ka.No.31536/C1-E1/2016, issued by the first respondent reverting her from the post of Headmistress, Higher Secondary School to the post of Headmistress, High School, on a charge that she has deliberately mentioned her date of promotion to the post of High School Headmistress in the access sheet for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary as 01.11.2006 instead of 01.11.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsels appearing for both parties have jointly made a statement that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned order of reversion has been cancelled by the proceedings issued by the Director of School Education in Na.Ka.No.91444/W1E1/2014, dated 27.06.2016, pursuant to the same, the petitioner has also joined duty in the post of Headmistress of Government Higher Secondary School, Kavanoor, Ramanathapuram District. The above said proceedings of the Director of School Education, dated 27.06.2016 is placed on record.

3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
