ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.05.2017 and sanction the relief fund for the death of her husband due to the agricultural crop failure. 2.Since the first respondent is not a necessary party, the writ petition against the first respondent is dismissed. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

4.The petitioner made a representation, dated 31.05.2017, to the second respondent, seeking to sanction the relief fund for the death of her husband due to the agricultural crop failure.. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.05.2017, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Considering the pathetic situation of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2017, and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
