Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRAM PRABHU, Government Advocate(crl side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13465 of 2018, dated 31.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that, there was a delay of 15 days in executing the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court, by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) (Rs.1,000/- for each petitioner) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
