ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Crime No.98 of 2020 from the 2nd respondent police to any other police or competent agency for fair and impartial investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police conducted investigation in Crime No.98 of 2020 and the same was closed as action dropped on 01.12.2020. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
