Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 115 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the orders dated 16.07.2021 passed in EP.Nos.55 of 2021 & 54 of 2021 in RCOP.Nos.60 of 2009 & 59 of 2009 respectively by the Rent Controller/I Additional District Munsif, Trichy and set aside the same.

In both petitions For Petitioner : Mr.T.Vadivelan For Respondents : Mr.G.S.Asok Adhithyan C O M M O N O R D E R The revision petitioners have filed the revision petitions to set aside the orders dated 16.07.2021 in EP.Nos.55 of 2021 & 54 of 2021 in RCOP.Nos.60 of 2009 & 59 of 2009 respectively passed by the Rent Controller/I Additional District Munsif, Trichy. 2.Rent Control Original Petitions filed in the year 2009 by the respondents were disposed on 15.03.2021, in which the Rent Controller/I Additional District Munsif, Trichy passed orders against the petitioners. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners preferred appeal in RCA.Nos.7 of 2021 and 8 of 2021 respectively. The respondents filed Execution Petitions in EP.Nos.54 of 2021 and 54 of 2021. Delivery was ordered in both the petitions and the petitioners have filed Interlocutory Applications to stay the proceedings and the petitions were also dismissed by the Appellate Court.

3.There is a decree against the petitioners. So, the petitioners cannot seek for stay in the Execution Petition proceedings. Already all the grounds were exhausted by the petitioners before the Rent Control Original Petition Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed.
