This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

member and employee in Virapandianpatnam Weaning Food Manufacturing Women's Development Industrial Co-operative Society Limited, (S.W.No.87), 3/93, M.M.Street, Virapandianpatnam, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District vide her representation dated 05.09.2017.

2.Heard Mr.D.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 3.When it is pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Petition could not be maintained against the fifth respondent, who is the the Executive Officer of Virapandianpatnam Weaning Food Manufacturing Women's Development Industrial Co-operative Society Limited, in view of the Full Bench of Five Judges of this Court in K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, [(2006) 4 CTC 689,] the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a revision before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 153 of Co-operative Societies Act.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies for the relief sought in this Writ Petition against the fifth respondent and if such revision is filed, it is open to the petitioner to place all materials in support of his claim and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispassionately consider the same and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such revision. No costs.
