O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 1st respondent herein to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 5th respondent herein enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.88 of 2023 and during the course of enquiry, finding that the civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.Nos.42 and 116 of 2023, which has been filed by both the parties before the District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur, so on that ground they were advised to work out the remedy in the pending suits itself.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that 2nd respondent colluded with the private parties in making trouble to him.

4. Since the closure of the above said CSR, nothing survives for adjudication this petition.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
