ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 02.08.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(A) Arms Act, in Crime No.460 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 02.08.2018 at about 5.30 a.m., when the respondent was in regular vehicle checkup, the petitioners were found in possession of country made gun along with pellets, without any valid license. Hence, the case was registered against the accused persons.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the said gun was originally possessed by the grandfather of the first petitioner and also submitted that there is no previous case is pending against the accused persons. Merely because the petitioners were in possession of the gun, a case has been registered. Hence, he prays for bail.
6.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Oddanchatram.
(ii)the petitioners shall report before the Sub Inspector of Police, Ottanchatram Police Station, Dindigul District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
