No.943 of 2020 The Hon'ble High Court, in its order under reference cited, has directed the Registry to call for a report from the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, as to state why there was delay of the case in SR.No.2647 of 2020 which is said to have been filed on 03.09.2020 is neither taken on file nor returned to the party. Now even if the plaint is taken on file at any time during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, which is filed on 29.10.2020 till the date of communication.
