ORDER
By this common order both the writ petitions are being disposed of.

These two writ petitions have been preferred by the aspirants to the post of Cooks in Schools/Hostels functioning under the control of Adi Dravidar Welfare Department, seeking to quash the appointment order issued by the 2nd respondent on 25.02.2021 and to direct him to conduct a fresh recruitment process.

These writ petitions have been filed primarily on the ground that though the 2nd respondent who is arrayed in his personal capacity as the 3rd respondent, was transferred on 03.02.2021, he has proceeded to issue the appointment orders in favour of the private respondents namely the respondents 4 to 6 on 25.02.2021. On a similar ground other writ petition came to be filed in W.P(MD)Nos.10907, 10910 and 10912 of 2021 and these writ petitions have been dismissed by way of a separate orders on 19.03.2025.
4. In view of the above said facts, there are no merits writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands dismissed. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 09.12.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm 3/4
