ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a qualified siddha doctor. He is running a siddha clinic. It has also been duly registered under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishment Regulation Act, 1977. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for forbearing the authorities from interfering with his professional practice.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that inspection was conducted and it has now been clarified that the petitioner is practicing only in siddha medicine and he is not practicing in allopathy medicine.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 3 and 4, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
