This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.272 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court in C.C.No.137 of 2019.

3. Since this matter has been filed to quash the Fist Information Report, now, it has become infructuous.
