ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to rectify the error occurred in the petitioner's Differently Abled Person Certificate Identity card No.CPIMR21478, dated 09.03.2013, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
