ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the review petition dated 24.09.2025 along with the stay petition preferred by him.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had preferred a review petition before the first respondent on 24.09.2025 and that the same is pending consideration before the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu appearing for the respondents submitted that the review petition preferred by the petitioner will be disposed of by the first respondent, after conducting due enquiry and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to dispose of the review petition preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
