Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PR BOOMEE RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.M.A.JINNAH Advocate for R1 to R3 and Mr.M.ASOKAN Government Advocate (Crl Side) for R4 the court made the following order:- The accused in Crime No.272 of 2018 were granted anticipatory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail by this court on their giving undertaking affidavit that they

would follow due process of law. Till date,the said undertaking affidavit is not shown to be breached. Therefore, no case for cancellation of anticipatory bail is made out. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
