This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.598 of 2024, pending on the file of the respondent police.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after taking note of this application, the case has been registered only on 29.06.2024. 4.Considering that a criminal case is pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this 2/4
criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
