O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No. 754 of 2022 and during the course of enquiry, finding that money dispute is pending between the parties, hence, they were advised to work out the remedy in the pending suit itself and accordingly, the said complaint was closed. He would further submit that subsequent to the above said closure another complaint has also been given and the same is pending for enquiry.

3. Let the above said complaint be closed by directing the parties to work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
