Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989, Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2020, dated 03.08.2020 and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the Crime No.796 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police. 1/3

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Susikumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Saravanakumar, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4833 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.271 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has also admitted the same.

4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
