Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned land for several years. He seeks issuance of patta.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the same and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent will put

the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
