For Respondent : Mr.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to to modify the conditions no.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1675 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge,Pudukottai.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the trial Court directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- each, as non refundable cost, in the name of District Collector, Pudukottai District and prayed to modify the condition no.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1675 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge,Pudukottai. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition No.3 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the name of the District Collector, Pudukkotai District. as non refundable payment.

5. Time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by the trial Court shall stand cancelled.

6.Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
