ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that after receiving a substantial sale consideration from him, the private respondents are not coming forward to sell the property in his favour. In this background, the petitioner filed this writ petition for restraining the registering authority from entertaining any document at the instance of the private respondents.

3.In my view, the petitioner ought not to have invoked the writ jurisdiction. He must file a suit for specific performance. 2/4
