O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged by Parimala / 3rd respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner married the third respondent and it was a love affair. After the marriage, there was a misunderstanding arose between them. Now, at the instigation of the Thasildar she is making a repeated complaint before the Enquiry Officer against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent against this petitioner an enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, finding that money transaction is pending between the parties, hence, they were advised to work out their remedy in the appropriate civil process and accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

4. In view of the closure of the said complaint, nothing 2/4

survives for adjudication in this petition.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
