[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Petition is listed today (09.04.2025) under the caption 'for clarification'.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to accept his application dated 04.05.2024 and enroll his name in the 2nd respondent Bar Association and confer with all rights provided to the Bar Members based on his representation dated 29.05.2024 3.A perusal of the affidavit would show that the petitioner is an Advocate by profession. He has already enrolled his name before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry and he was practising before the Principal Seat of this Court, Chennai till 2023. Now, he has started to practise before the District Court, Tirunelveli. Therefore, he seeks enrollment in the 2nd respondent Bar Association.

4.After going through the affidavit, we are of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and the petitioner has to approach only the competent civil forum for appropriate remedy.
