Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners second appeal dated 20.09.2025 filed under Right to Information Act, 2005 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners second appeal dated 20.09.2025 filed under Right to Information Act, 2005 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the sole respondent submitted that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
petitioner has not submitted the second appeal in the prescribed format, hence, the same cannot be considered. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh appeal in the prescribed format within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent shall consider the second appeal and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four months there from. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
