PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to give Community Certificate as "Hindu Vanniyar" to the students of petitioner's community residing in the Villages namely Lekkadipatti, Amman Kovilpatti, Velayuthampatti, Pottapatti, Chokkampatti, Nagamangalam and Seerankattupatti and other villages within the Melur Taluk of Madurai District based on Petitioner's community representation dated 14.07.2017 made to the first respondent.
