ORDER
This Petition is filed on the ground that the 4th respondent is illegally trespassing into the property and therefore, seeking police protection, in respect of one specific incident of trespass and breaking the articles.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already case is registered in crime No.48 of 2023.
3. The learned counsel forl of the 4th respondent submits that the petitioner company is due to them a sum of Rs.11 Lakhs and odd. Therefore, only to preclude them from demanding the said amount, this petition is filed.
4. If there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and if the 4th respondent is persistently interfering with the position and enjoyment
of the petitioner, it would be open for the petitioner to file a suit against the 4th respondent for interfering with the possession and if only any order is passed in the civil Court, the respondent police can grant protection. Otherwise if only any trespass is made or any offence is committed, the petitioner can report the same and the action will be taken in the manner known to law.
