ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1387 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 498(A) & 294 of IPC and Sections 67 & 67A of Information Technology (Amendment) Act.

2. The defacto complainant T.D.Rajeevi is present in person before this Court. She has been identified by her counsel K.R.Manimaran (Enrolment No.663/2009). The petitioners and the defacto complainant have entered into a compromise. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12129 of 2021 also stated that the marriage between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant has been dissolved by mutual consent. The impugned FIR stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
