Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9450 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023 on the file of this Court insofar as the condition No.7 is concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that some of the properties were recovered from A1. Insofar as the petitioner is concerned, he is arrested and 90% of the property, which was already sold out by the petitioner, has been recovered. Now, no properties are standing in the name of this petitioner and his friends and relatives. That apart, the petitioner is in prison from 30.04.2023.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7 of the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9450 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023, is modified as follows:- "7.Taking into consideration of the above facts and circumstances and also the period of incarceration, this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8392 of 2023 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions."
