PRAYER :- To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 5 respondent to consider petitioner representation and conduct enquiry in complaint dated 15.04.2026 against the 6th respondent for his illegal act and consequently direct 4 and 5 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 5 respondent to consider petitioner representation and conduct enquiry in complaint dated 15.04.2026 against the sixth respondent for his illegal act and consequently direct 4 and 5 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in his property situated at Karur District, 2/5

Manmangalam Taluk, Andankovil East village in Survey No.2417/4 and 2417/8 in the records of revenue as per his title documents. However the 6th respondent is trying to create forged documents and grab his land without valid title. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. However, no action has been taken. Hence this writ petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with.

4. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to put the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent on notice under Section 64 of BNSS, give them an opportunity of hearing and thereafter dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2026 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
