RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on them in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7705 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanniyakumari District instead of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNA SREETHAR M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 5 (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7705 of 2023, dated 25.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the condition No.5(b) already imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7705 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanniyakumari, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
