O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish a copy of the enquiry report in relation to misappropriation of public funds in connection with R.I.D.F. Scheme.

2.The writ petitioner submitted an appeal dated 11.09.2017 to the third respondent herein. Since the writ petitioner has filed a statutory second appeal before the Information Commission, it is for the third respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3.The learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the second appeal has been taken on file in S.A.No.7006 of 2017. However, the enquiry date is yet to be informed. He further submitted that the statutory second appeals are being disposed of in the order of seniority. 4.Taken into account the said submission, a direction is given to the third respondent to dispose of the instant second appeal filed by the writ petitioner in S.A.No.7006 of 2017 on or before 31.03.2018.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
