ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed against the order passed in an application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in respect of interim maintenance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the very H.M.O.P. has been dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives in the matter.
3. In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed with liberty to file an application to restore this C.R.P., in the event of H.M.O.P. is ordered to be restored in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
