PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioners' representations dated 26.04.2017 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

For Petitioners : M/s.V.P.M.Vaishnavi For Respondents : Mr.S.Angappan Government Advocate in both writ petitions.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 26.04.2017, seeking employment.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioners is that the representations dated 26.04.2017 made by them seeking employment were not considered by the respondents, though they appeared before the second respondent along with necessary documents, based on the communication of the second respondent dated 13.07.2016 in Na.Ka.No.5893/A1/2012.

4.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 26.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taking into consideration of the communication dated 13.07.2016 in Na.Ka.No.5893/A1/2012. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
