Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to expeditiously dispose the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 13.06.2022 with regards to cancel the online patta and issue patta to the petitioners name in respect of property in Survey Nos. 13/5A, 13/5B, 25/6, 31/2B1, 31/2B2, 31/3E1, 31/3E2, 31/3E3, 31/4, 31/5, 278/1, 316/3, 318/5A, 318/5B situated at Mookkudi village, Aranthangi taluk, Pudukkottai District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to expeditiously dispose the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 13.06.2022 with regards to cancel the online patta and issue patta to the petitioners name in respect of property in Survey Nos. 13/5A, 13/5B, 25/6, 31/2B1, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

31/2B2, 31/3E1, 31/3E2, 31/3E3, 31/4, 31/5, 278/1, 316/3, 318/5A, 318/5B situated at Mookkudi village, Aranthangi taluk, Pudukkottai District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 13.06.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents and rival claimants, if any, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
