: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse Rs.2,66,290/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by him within a stipulated time fixed by this Court by considering the request of the petitioner to the sixth respondent dated 13.02.2020.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to reimburse the amount incurred by him towards medical treatment.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a pensioner and also a subscriber to the Government Health Insurance Scheme. The petitioner has spent a sum of Rs.2,66,290/- towards the surgery undergone by him. Further he has made application to the sixth respondent seeking reimbursement under the Scheme. However, the application is kept pending without any order being passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and appropriate orders would be passed within the time specified by this Court.
4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
