ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.Not known of 2024, for the offence under 1/3

Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant loved the petitioner herein. When she asked the petitioner to marry her, he refused to marry her, abused her in filthy language and also made criminal intimidation.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that they received the complaint only on 22.06.2024 and now, they are conducting enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for enquiry. However, the petitioner is apprehending harassment at the hands of the respondent during the course of enquiry.

5. Considering the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police for enquiry.
