Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to expeditiously dispose the petitioner's Appeal Petition dated 16.11.2022 with regards to remove the 3rd respondent name in the online patta No. 5156 and issue separate patta in the petitioners name in respect of property in S.No. 446/11E to an extent of 0-2.00 Hector situated in Ayyampalaiyam Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to expeditiously dispose the petitioner's Appeal Petition dated 16.11.2022 with regards to remove the 3rd respondent name in the online patta https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

No. 5156 and issue separate patta in the petitioners name in respect of property in S.No. 446/11E to an extent of 0-2.00 Hector situated in Ayyampalaiyam Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed the appeal on 16.11.2022 and the same is pending for more than 3 years. This Court is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 16.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
