This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first Respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai, dated 16.12.2022, in Cr.M.P.No.5811 of 2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.5811 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022, by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai, has been complied with and a report was also filed before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai, stating that the complaint does not make any cognizable offence.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
