ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.782 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.62 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the family situation cited by the petitioner in the 1/3

affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members either directly or indirectly and intimidate them in any way.
