ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.54 of 2018 dated 06.04.2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents. Perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the first respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
