For Respondent : Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.528 BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.(vi) order passed by this Court dated 01.04.2025 stipulated in Crl.OP(MD) No. 5945/2025 thereby permit the petitioner to 1/4

appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur.. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(vi) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.5945 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.72 of 2025, she filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 27.03.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.5945 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and ordered on 01.04.2025, this Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.7(vi) are as follows:

''7(vi). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. ''

3. He further submits that this petitioner is residing in Sri Ram Nagar, Tarasuram post and due to medical illness, it is very difficult for the petitioner to comply with the condition No.7(vi) regularly. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present petition to modify the said condition No.7(vi) and requested to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police and the petitioner is ready to appear before the Nachiyarkoil Police Station. Hence, he prays for modification of 2/4

the said condition No.7(vi).

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(vi) imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P (MD).No.5945 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.7(vi) is modified as follows:

''(vi). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Nachiyarkoil Police Station, Nachiyarkoil, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
