Heard both sides.

2. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that he sent a representation dated 02.06.2016 addressed to 1 to 3

respondents praying for issuance of notice to him as regards the conduct of survey in Survey Nos.12/3, 12/5 and also his patta land in Survey Nos.2/4 and 12/6.

4. It appears that the said representation is still pending consideration in the hands of the respondents 1 to 3 without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

5. At this stage, this Court, without traversing upon the merits of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2016, addressed to the respondents, simplicitor, in the interest of justice and fair play, directs the second respondent/Thasildar, Madurai West Taluk, Ellis Nagar, Madurai District, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2016, with all seriousness and to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is needless for this Court to make a significant mention that the second respondent/Thasildar, Madurai West Taluk, Ellis Nagar, Madurai District, shall pass a reasoned speaking order on merits, by providing necessary opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned in the subject matter in issue. It is open to the petitioner to furnish copies of necessary records/documents before the second respondent/Thasildar, Madurai West Taluk, Ellis Nagar, Madurai District, who, on production of the said documents by the petitioner, shall take into account of the same, at the time of disposal of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2016. Further, the petitioner is directed to lend his assistance and unstinted co-operation to the second respondent for effective and efficacious disposal of the representation, dated 02.06.2016 of the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
