2. The relief is sought against the second respondent. Indusind Bank Limited is a scheduled Bank which is not a nationalized bank or a State Government undertaking. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision reported in (2003) 10 SCC 733 (Federal Bank Ltd., V. Sagar Thomas) held that a writ petition against the scheduled bank is not maintainable. Leaving open all the rights and remedies of the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
