It is an application seeking direction to the respondents to pass orders in view of the representation dated 13.04.2016.
2. Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The petitioner claims that they are the owners of the land to an extent of 2 ares in SF No.2/9 and an extent of 1 Acre 63 cents. The
defendants are stated to be the rival group in the same village and it is alleged that they are creating law and order problem and they finally demolished the Pillayar Temple.
5. A complaint was lodged before the police and based on the complaint of the petitioner, the 4th respondent has registered two cases under Section 107 Cr.P.C. and forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent. The proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. also was initiated by the 2nd respondent and both the parties seem to have executed a bond to the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though, proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. have been initiated, the rival groups, without any regard to law and order problem, creating law and order problems and the respondents are not taking required action and that made them to file a representation dated 13.04.2016.

Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitoner dated 13.04.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, based on the available materials with them, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
