Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and demarcated. It is stated that there is no rival claim or objection.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the survey is to be held on 23.07.2022. Notice will be given to the adjacent land owners also. After the survey and demarcation is concluded, formal report also will be served on the petitioner.
